General X-rays include all bones, such as the skull, spine, arms, legs, and sinuses, as well as Chest and abdomen X-rays. These exams can be performed at anytime during working hours without an appointment. No preparation is needed.
You must not be pregnant to have an x-ray. Please inform the technologist if you are pregnant, think you could be pregnant, or are late for your scheduled period.
The technologist may ask that you remove any metalic objects such as ear rings, chains, body piercings, and clothing with metal buttons, connectors, or snaps.
